The Trade Organization issues a ruling on the trade war between China and America
The World Trade Organization issued a report on tariffs imposed by the United States of America on Chinese products, and the report stated that the United States of America did not adhere to the temporary characteristic of these tariffs, and the report also stated that the two parties did not abide by the dispute settlement provisions stipulated in the WTO laws.
This comes within the framework of the ongoing trade war between the United States of America and China, which was sparked by US President Donald Trump since he assumed the presidency of the United States and the subsequent reciprocal sanctions between the two parties at the commercial and diplomatic level.
