S&P Global: Corona will incur banks loan losses of more than $ 2 trillion
S&P Global said for credit ratings that the SK virus crisis will cost banks around the world $ 2.1 trillion in loan losses by the end of next year.
S&P Globa expects loan losses this year to be $ 1.3 trillion, which is more than double the level of 2019. It is likely that around 60% of these losses will be in the Asia Pacific region, albeit the largest relative increases - more than double the average on average compared to 2019 - will happen in North America and Western Europe.
