Sources told Reuters: OPEC + commitment to oil production cuts of 101% in November

Two sources in the OPEC + group told Reuters today, Wednesday, that the group's commitment to the global agreement to reduce oil production reached 101 percent in November.

One of the sources said that the commitment of OPEC member states reached 104 percent, while the commitment of non-OPEC producing countries, including Russia, reached 95 percent.
