Natural gas futures rose during the US session
Natural gas futures rose during the US session on Thursday.
According to the New York Mercantile Exchange, July natural gas futures were traded at USD8.96 per million British thermal units at the time of writing, up 3.03%.
It has already traded a high session of USD9.02 per MMBtu. Natural gas may find support at USD8.024 and resistance at USD9.664.
The dollar index, which measures the performance of the US currency against a basket of six other major currencies, rose 0.71% to trade at USD103.28.
Meanwhile on Nymex, Crude Oil for July fell 0.66% to trade at USD121.31 a barrel while Heating Oil for July rose 2.31% to trade at USD4.41 per gallon.
